Next meeting of the North Shore Table Matters Network April 5, 2019

The North Shore Table Matters Network has embarked on a strategic planning process to activate the North Shore Community Food Charter.

We are building on the foundation laid by the North Shore Community Food Charter and the wealth of information obtained through the development of the North Shore Food Asset Map, the Strategic Inquiry Project as well as our new Food Culture and Children Collective Impact Project.

5 years ago the following governments and organizations supported the North Shore Community Food Charter:

·        Bowen Island Municipality

·        City of North Vancouver

·        District of North Vancouver

·        District of West Vancouver

·        School District 44

·        School District 45

·        Squamish Nation

·        The Village of Lions Bay

·        Tsleil-Waututh Nation

·        Vancouver Coastal Health

The NSTMN Advisory will be meeting with the Food Charter signatories in the time leading up to our next meeting. This signatory engagement will inform our next meeting and support the Network as we roll up our sleeves and develop our action plan.
